This phase includes constant communication when starting your project. We keep an eye on your budget to ensure that your project stays on track. Staying on top of schedules is very important to us and we are always working closely with the design team to create your vision.

We limit the amount of subcontractors being used for all of our projects and utilize our company staff. We have a knowledgeable and talented team within our company that allows us to do timely work. We hold ourselves accountable throughout the entire build. We focus on production and quality work, that is our end goal. 

The last step in any build is to insure that our clients are ecstatic with the end results. This phase includes a job site cleanup of the interior and exterior, any final touches that are needed, a final inspection, and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure that we have your complete satisfaction.
